  • What are the business hours for the Town of Reidville offices?
Our office is open from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
  • Does the Town of Reidville provide weekly garbage pick-up?
Yes. Residential trash pickup day is every Thursday. To guarantee trash pickup, we ask that your sanitation containers are placed out by roadside on Wednesday nights and returned to private property by Thursday following pickup. The Town of Reidville does not provide yard debris and large roadside pickup. The Town of Reidville's sanitation services are currently contracted out to a private company. However, Reidville residents must go through Reidville Town Hall to set up service, have sanitation container replaced or for any other problems with trash collections. To set up trash services or any other trash related issues please contact Reidville Town Hall 864-486-9614.
  • Where do I pay my trash bill?
Reidville Sanitation Usage Fees are collected by Spartanburg County Treasurers Office. You will see the Usage Fee as a line item on your property tax bill.
  • Why do I have a different mailing address than Reidville, SC?
The Town of Reidville currently has four (4) zip codes within its incorporated limits. Those are Reidville 29375, Moore 29369, Woodruff 29388, and Duncan 29334. Although Reidville does have a post office, this post office does not do any mail routes. Therefore, the zip code is used for mailing purposes (that is who is delivery your mail) rather than physical address.
  • Who do I contact about problems with stray or wild animals?
Call Spartanburg County Animal Control at 864-596-3582 for stray or wild animals. If you are concerned about the well-being of an animal within the Town limits of Reidville, please reach out to the Reidville Codes Enforcement Officer at 864-486-9614. They will conduct an on-site visit to assess the situation and take any necessary action to ensure the animal's safety and care.
  • Where do I go to pay my property taxes?
The Spartanburg County Treasurers Office accepts payments for personal and real property taxes.
