As of April 24th, 2023, the Town of Reidville contracted with CC&I to process and issue Building Permits and to conduct code enforcement. Together the Town of Reidville and CC&I will verify and enforce compliances with safety standards set forth by the International Building Codes and Town of Reidville Ordinances.

Please contact the Town of Reidville for a pre-authorization on all Building Permits.

BUILDING INSPECTIONS

Once an approval has been given by the Town of Reidville, CC&I will conduct and issues all building permits and inspections. Set those up through link below.

CODE ENFORCEMENT

CC&I will enforce all code enforcement violations. The objective of code enforcement is to promote a clean, healthy, and safe environment for the citizens and guest of the Town of Reidville. Violations will be obtained via citizen complaints, drive throughs, and staff documentation.

CITIZENS COMPLAINT

Through this link citizens will have the option to notify the Town of Reidville and CC&I of any Town complaint they may have.
